We are looking for a Salesperson (Full-time regular/Nonexempt).

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
The Salesperson can work in house office. Not required to work in company office all time.

5+ years experiences in Mobile telecommunication industry
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-
Communicate well and cooperate with Directors, Officers, and other workers.
-
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and objectives.
-
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
-
Schedule meetings and presentations with customers.
-
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
-
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
-
Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
-
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
-
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer’s needs.
-
Liaise with Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
-
Acting as a company representative at the meetings with customers to promote product.

Delivers sales presentations to key personnel in coordination with sales manager.
-
Meets with key personnel with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
-
Acting as the point of contact with customers, brokers, suppliers, and distributors.

Maintains records on sales area and performance.

Presents regular reports to keep management up to date on results of all planned and unplanned sales and lead-generation activities.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products and services.

Do office work when needed.

Continuously improve through feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
-
Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-
5+ years mobile telecommunications carrier experience (in the field of RF products/services)
-
5+ years new business sales experience (generating revenue)
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
